LAHORE:The district administration has taken strict action against violation of business hours in the city and sealed more than 60 shops and restaurants.
On the instructions of Deputy Commissioner Ali Ijaz, the implementation of the orders to close markets at 8pm and restaurants and wedding halls at 10pm was ensured.According to the administration, all shops were found closed in Liberty Market at 8:05pm while actions were taken against violations in other areas. More than 22 shops and restaurants were sealed in Cantt, 13 in Allama Iqbal Town, six well-known cafes and restaurants in Model Town while 10 shops were sealed in City Tehsil.
