LAHORE:Hajj flights from Lahore are scheduled to begin on April 18, with all flights during the first 15 days’travel directly to Madinah.
Pilgrims have been directed to carry their Nusuk Card throughout the journey, as it contains essential personal and travel information.Pilgrims have also been instructed to report to the Haji Camp strictly according to the date and time specified in the Pak Hajj App. They must bring their original CNIC and a computerised bank receipt bearing their photograph.
Additionally, they are advised to ensure proper arrangements for air tickets, visas, identification lockets, luggage tags and medicines as per the guidelines provided in the app.Messages regarding vaccination, training, and other essential arrangements have already been issued through the Pak Hajj App. To facilitate pilgrims, special bank counters will be set up at Haji Camps for currency exchange.
There was a strong likelihood that pilgrims from Lahore will travel under the Road to Makkah Project this year. Under this initiative, immigration procedures are completed at the departure airport in Pakistan, enabling pilgrims to proceed directly to their accommodation upon arrival in Madinah or Jeddah without delays. Luggage checked in at the airport is delivered directly to their residence. These details were shared during a Hajj training session organised by the Ulema Academy, Mansoorah.
