KOHAT: Two personnel of the paramilitary Frontier Corps (FC) were martyred when militants opened sniper fire on two checkposts located at the Tor Chappar in the mountainous area of Darra Adamkhel on Saturday, sources said.
They said that militants opened fire on the two FC checkposts with sniper guns in Tor Chappar area.
As a result, Havaldar Mumtaz and Sepoy Nawab sustained critical injuries and succumbed to injuries on the post. Soon after the incident, security forces cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to apprehend the attackers.
