Rawalpindi: The chief of Tehreek-e-Nifaz-e-Fiqh-e-Jafaria (TNFJ) Allama Agha Syed Hussain Muqaddasi has announced that ‘Youm-e-Quds’ - solidarity with the oppressed, established by the leader of the Jafaria community, Agha Syed Hamid Ali Shah Moosvi, will be observed tomorrow (Friday), says a press release.
On this occasion, during the last Friday of Ramazan (Jumu’at-ul-Wida), religious scholars and mosque leaders will deliver special sermons in Friday prayer congregations. After the prayers, protest demonstrations and rallies will also be held. In these gatherings, voices of protest will be raised for the liberation of Al-Quds Al-Sharif, the first Qibla, from Zionist control, and participants will reaffirm their commitment that the banner for the freedom of the first Qibla will remain raised until the occupying Israeli dominance comes to an end.
In this regard, in Islamabad, a protest rally organised by the Youm-e-Quds Solidarity with the Oppressed Committee will start at 10 a.m. from the shrine of Sakhi Mahmood Badshah in Aabpara. Meanwhile, in Rawalpindi, a protest rally arranged by the TNFJ Youm-e-Quds rally will start from Imambargah Ashiq Hussain, Teli Mohalla.
