Selling jobs

The main problem faced by people in Balochistan is favouritism and corruption in government jobs. Many talented and qualified individuals remain unemployed, not because they lack ability, but because they lack political influence or financial backing. Positions are reportedly sold or unfairly allocated to favourites while educated and deserving candidates are ignored. This practice not only destroys the future of talented youth but also weakens trust in the system.

If this trend continues, it will increase unemployment, frustration and social unrest among the youth. Fair recruitment is not just about jobs, it is about justice, equality and the future development of Pakistan. I strongly urge the concerned authorities to introduce strict punishment for those involved in selling or manipulating jobs. Merit must be protected at all costs, because the future of our province depends on it.
