ISLAMABAD: Appointments and transfers have been made in the federal bureaucracy. Grade-21 Police Service officer Salman Chaudhry, who was awaiting posting in the Establishment Division, has been appointed as Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
Grade-20 Police Service officer Abdul Salam, serving in FIA, has been transferred and posted to the Sindh government. Grade-20 Police Service officer Shaukat Ali Khatian, serving under Sindh government, has been transferred and directed to report to the Establishment Division.
Grade-18 Police Service officer Lieutenant (retd) Azhar Javed has been transferred from the FIA to Punjab government, and Grade-18 Police Service officer Captain (retd) Muhammad Furqan Bilal has been transferred from Punjab to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of National Food Security and Research has appointed Dr Qamar Shakeel as a Member of the National Seed Development Regulatory Authority.
