Condolence book opens at Iranian Consulate

LAHORE:A book of condolence has been opened at the Consulate General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Lahore, following the martyrdom of His Eminence Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, as a result of aggression by the Israel and US, the mission announced on Tuesday.

According to an official statement issued by the consulate, the condolence book will remain open from March 3 to March 6, 2026, at the diplomatic premises. Visitors may sign the book during two designated time slots each day: from 10am to 12 noon and from 2pm to 4pm.

The consulate has invited representatives of the government, diplomats, officials of international organisations and the general public to visit the mission and express their sympathies during the specified hours. Security arrangements around the consulate have been reviewed.
