RAWALPINDI. The Special Court of Anti-Terrorism Rawalpindi has once again issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for former PTI chairman Imran Khan’s sister Aleema Khanum in the Sadiqabad police station case over the November 26 protest.

On Thursday, the accused’s lawyer was supposed to cross-examine the last two prosecution witnesses. However, she and her lawyer did not appear in court. Special Prosecutor Zaheer Shah and the prosecution witnesses were present.

The court, expressing anger over the accused’s non-appearance without informing them, issued a non-bailable arrest warrant for her and adjourned the hearing until today (Friday).
