ISLAMABAD: Appointments, transfers and administrative adjustments have been made in the federal bureaucracy, according to a notification issued by the Establishment Division.
Under the notification, Rizwan Ahmed Sheikh, a grade 21 officer of the Secretariat Group who was awaiting posting, has been made an Officer on Special Duty (OSD).
Islahuddin, a grade 19 OSD of the Secretariat Group serving in the Establishment Division, has been posted as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of National Food Security.
The notification also stated that the resignation of Muhammad Bilal Ahmed, a Section Officer (OMG/grade 17) posted in the Economic Affairs Division, has been accepted at his own request. His resignation will take effect from September 11, 2025.
Meanwhile, Imran Ali, Section Officer in the National Health Division, and Shoaib Hassan, Section Officer in the Finance Division, have been made OSDs in the Establishment Division. Their services have been placed at the disposal of the Pakistan Virtual Asset Regulatory Authority (PVARA) on an attachment basis.
