IHC seeks report on Salman Akram Raja’s meeting with Imran

ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Wednesday sought a report regarding meeting of Salman Akram Raja with PTI founder in jail.

The court said that the state council should submit a report if the meeting was not held.

Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir issued an order in the case of banning the founder of PTI’s X account.

The order has said that according to Salman Akram Raja, he was not allowed to meet the founder of PTI.

According to the lawyer, he cannot assist in the case without taking instructions from the founder of PTI. It said that the state council should submit a report in this regard. The next hearing of the case will be held on February 24. The application to ban the founder of PTI’s X/Twitter account is under hearing in the court.
