ISLAMABAD: The prime minister has approved the appointment of Brigadier Jamilur Rahman, a serving officer of the Armoured Corps, as the Director General of the NAB on secondment basis.

Deputy Secretary Majid Abbas, a Grade 19 officer of the Ministry of Information Technology and the Secretariat Group officer has been transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Affairs.

The Establishment Division has issued formal notifications of postings and transfers.
