PESHAWAR: A surprise inspection was conducted at the Service Delivery Centre of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office Peshawar on Tuesday to review the provision of land-related services, evaluate public facilitation and issue directives for improvement and efficiency.
The visit examined revenue operations, including the issuance of fard, mutation records and other documentation, and included direct feedback from applicants regarding staff conduct and the handling of their cases.Peshawar Division Commissioner Riaz Khan Mahsud inspected the counters, spoke to applicants about their grievances and ordered immediate redressal of issues raised on the spot.
