Rawalpindi:Commissioner Rawalpindi Engineer Aamir Khattak on Monday chaired a meeting of the Divisional Coordination Committee (DCC) and directed all deputy commissioners to keep detailed briefings and presentations ready for ongoing and proposed projects.
The meeting was attended by Director Coordination Xenia Humayun, Director Local Government and the deputy commissioners of Attock, Jhelum, Murree and Chakwal, besides officers of the Municipal Corporation Rawalpindi and various departments.
Issuing directions, the commissioner said all district focal persons must prepare details of pending court cases and submit their Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs), particularly in districts with a higher number of cases under litigation. He also directed the Revenue Department to maintain institutional discipline.
He asked all deputy commissioners to clearly define their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and responsibilities to ensure completeness and accuracy of reports. On the health sector, Engineer Aamir Khattak said deputy commissioners should regularly visit public hospitals, compile data-based reports and convene inter-departmental meetings to clear pending work.
