Islamabad:In his message with reference to International Anti-Corruption Day Chief Executive Officer Islamabad Electric Supply Company (Iesco) Engineer Ch. Khalid Mahmood stated that corruption is a global challenge which severely damages the credibility of institutions, economic growth, and public trust, says a press release.

He said that we are promoting online and digital services in all the departments of Iesco with vision to provide quality and timely services to valuable customers and also to eliminate corruption and bribery. Eng. Ch. Khalid Mahmood said that we are trying to implement zero-tolerance policy against this menace.

The Iesco chief urged consumers that no officer or employee of Iesco is authorized to receive cash for any official work as all payments are to be made through banks via demand notices only. He stated that every officer and staff member of Iesco is fully active and committed to providing clean, transparent, and fair services to the honorable consumers.
