ISLAMABAD: President Asif Ali Zardari has approved the appointment of Justice Miangul Hassan Aurangzeb, acting judge Supreme Court of Pakistan as judge of the said court with effect from the date he takes oath of his office. The President approved the appointment of Justice Zafar Ahmed Rajput, acting Chief Justice of Sindh High Court as Chief Justice of the said court with effect from the date he takes oath of his office and Justice Muhammad Kamran Khan Mulakhail acting Chief Justice, Balochistan High Court as Chief Justice of the said court with effect from the date he takes oath of his office. The Ministry of Law and Justice issued the notifications in this regard.
The Judicial Commission had recommended these appointments in its meeting held on December 2.
