KARACHI: In connection with Mirpurkhas land scam probe, four key suspects involved in forging high-value land records have been suspended, with show-cause notices served under the Sindh Civil Servants (Efficiency and Discipline) Rules.
The officials suspended include Mukhtiarkar Zohaib Memon, Tapedars Manohar Lal and Raja, and Assistant Doulat Ram. However, no action has been taken against a retired revenue officer identified in the Deputy Commissioner Mirpurkhas’s inquiry report as a major facilitator of the fraud.
