KP cop transferred to FIA

ISLAMABAD: The federal government has transferred Muhammad Ijaz Khan, a Grade-20 officer of the Police Service of Pakistan, to the Federal Investigation Agency with an immediate effect.

The officer will join his new office as director FIA during the current week, official sources said.

According to a formal notification issued by the Establishment Division of the Cabinet Secretariat, Ijaz, who was previously serving the government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, had his services placed at the disposal of Interior and Narcotics Control Division for his new appointment within the premier investigative agency.
