LAHORE:Punjab Education Minister Rana Sikandar Hayat has expressed deep grief over the tragic incident in Kahna, where several children lost their lives after the roof of a house collapsed during a tuition session here Tuesday. Offering his heartfelt condolences and sympathies to the grieving parents, the minister said that the tuition centre was operating informally inside a private residence and was not a registered school or official academy. He noted that the teacher was simply instructing neighborhood children inside her home in an underprivileged area. Rana Sikandar Hayat stated that the government stands in solidarity with the affected families during this devastating time, adding that the loss of human life can never be compensated under any circumstances.
