ISLAMABAD: The federal government has announced a series of appointments and transfers in the bureaucracy, according to notifications issued by the Establishment Division.
Grade-20 Secretariat Group officer Muhammad Murid Rahimoon, who was serving with the Government of Sindh, has been transferred and posted as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Science and Technology.Grade-19 Secretariat Group officer Zafar Iqbal, who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as Deputy Secretary to the Council of Common Interests (CCI) Secretariat.
The deputation of Muhammad Imran, Joint Director of National Savings, currently serving at the National School of Public Policy (NSPP), Lahore, has been extended until June 30, 2026.Meanwhile, Grade-17 Office Management Group (OMG) officer Fatima Shakeel has been appointed as a PMS officer to the Government of Sindh. She has subsequently been relieved from the OMG service.
In another posting, Officer on Special Duty (OSD) Haider Ali has been appointed as Section Officer to the National Heritage and Culture Division.The Establishment Division has issued formal notifications for all appointments, transfers and deputation-related decisions.
