Islamabad: Chief Traffic Officer (CTO) Islamabad Kainat Azhar Khan conducted a comprehensive inspection to the Red Zone and various traffic facilitation centers to review security arrangements, traffic management, and the overall standard of public service delivery.

During her visit to the Red Zone, the CTO inspected key government locations including the Secretariat Blocks, the Parliament House, and the Parliament Lodges. While interacting with the officers and personnel deployed on security and traffic duties, she directed them to perform their responsibilities with utmost dedication to maintain traffic discipline and ensure public convenience, warning that any negligence would not be tolerated.

Later, during her visit to the traffic facilitation centers, Kainat reviewed the operational efficiency, staff attendance, and overall discipline. She met with citizens present at the centers to gather direct feedback and suggestions regarding the services provided, issuing immediate directives to officials to resolve public grievances on the spot.

The CTO stressed that providing timely, transparent, and courteous services remains the top priority of the Islamabad Traffic Police (ITP). She stated that unnecessary delays in licensing and other essential traffic services will not be permitted, and reaffirmed that all available resources are being utilised to upgrade facilities.

She concluded by instructing all officers to treat the public with dignity and respect, noting that the ITP is continuously introducing modern measures to ensure service delivery is carried out in a friendly and professional environment.
