Islamabad:The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training has planned to launch teacher training programmes for enhancing the professional capacity of educators serving in public schools and colleges under the Federal Directorate of Education.

According to the ministry, the training will commence on June 8 and will provide training to 500 secondary school teachers and 30 master trainers. The initiative is being implemented in collaboration with Premier DLC, a Beaconhouse Group initiative, focusing on leveraging educational technology, improving teaching effectiveness, strengthening student engagement and developing future-ready classrooms.

Officials said the initiative reflected the ministry's commitment to improve the quality of education through continuous professional development of teachers and the effective use of technology in schools.
