LAHORE:A suspected robber was killed in an alleged police encounter in Kahna, while his accomplices escaped. Police said the suspect was involved in robbery and theft cases.
Trio arrested for copyright violations
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Lahore Zone, conducted operations through its Corporate Crime Circle and arrested three suspects for alleged violations of the Copyright Act.According to an FIA spokesperson, the arrested individuals have been identified as M Imran Khan, Naveed, and M Ahmed. They were apprehended during a raid carried out in Shah Alam Market, Lahore.
The suspects were found allegedly involved in copyright infringement. A large quantity of counterfeit products of well-known registered companies was recovered from their possession. The FIA stated that the suspects were involved in the manufacturing, stocking, and sale of fake products of registered companies. A case has been registered, and further investigation has been initiated.
