BATKHELA: Two women were shot dead in a tragic incident of domestic dispute in the Sakhakot area of Dargai tehsil in Malakand district, officials said on Saturday.
According to Deputy Commissioner Malakand Fayaz Khan Sherpao, the accused opened indiscriminate fire, killing two women on the spot. The victims were identified as Shabnam, wife of Khalid, and Nargis, wife of Wali Dad, both residents of Marshakhail.
The accused managed to flee the scene after the attack.
Following the incident, Levies personnel reached the site, took custody of the bodies, and shifted them to the Dargai Hospital for legal formalities.
