ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions Court Islamabad has issued non-bailable arrest warrant for KP Chief Minister (CM) Sohail Afridi in misleading statements against state institutions and damage to their reputation case.
The court gave decision on non-presence of KP CM.
The court ordered to arrest Sohail Afridi and present him before it.
The case against Sohail Afridi came up for hearing before senior civil judge Abbas Shah.
The court adjourned further hearing of the case till April 16.
