GHALLANAI: A man lost his life after the roof of a room collapsed in the Musakhel Babajor area of Baizai tehsil in Mohmand tribal district, after heavy rains.
According to details, torrential rainfall over the past day wreaked havoc in various parts of Mohmand district, damaging dozens of houses, walls, and verandas, many of which collapsed. Standing crops were also affected due to the severe weather conditions.
In a tragic incident, the roof of a room caved in in Musakhel Babajor, killing a 45-year-old man identified as Muhammad Ullah, son of Noroz Khan. He succumbed to his injuries on the spot.
Rescue personnel reached the site promptly, retrieved the body from the debris, and handed it over to the bereaved family.
