Pakistan ODI squad gears up for Bangladesh series

LAHORE: The Pakistan men’s cricket team has assembled in Karachi to commence its training camp ahead of the upcoming ODI series against Bangladesh. The camp is being held at the Hanif Mohammad High Performance Centre, where players underernt intensive preparation before departing for Dhaka.

The squad is scheduled to leave for Dhaka on March 8, where they will play a three-match ODI series against Bangladesh. The Pakistan team management for the series includes Irtaza Kumail – Acting Team Manager as Naveed Akram Cheema was unable to join the team due to family reasons, Mike Hesson – Head Coach, Ashley Noffke – Bowling Coach, Shane McDermott – Fielding Coach, Hanif Malik – Batting Coach, Cliffe Deacon – Physiotherapist, Grant Luden – Strength & Conditioning Coach, Talha Ejaz – Performance Analyst, Syed Naeem Ahmed – Media Manager, Salman Liaqat – Security Manager, Dr Wajid Ali Rafai – Team Doctor, Muhammad Ehsan – Masseur.

It has been confirmed that Mike Hesson, Ashley Noffke, Shane McDermott, Cliffe Deacon, and Grant Luden will join the squad directly in Dhaka. The training camp in Karachi marks the beginning of Pakistan’s preparations for what is expected to be a competitive ODI series against Bangladesh. With a blend of experienced coaches and support staff, the team management is focused on ensuring players are physically and mentally ready for the challenge ahead.
