A total lunar eclipse will be visible in different parts of the world on March 3 (today). According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD), the eclipse would be partially visible in Pakistan.
A press release issued by the PMD states that the lunar eclipse would be visible from the East in Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, South America, the Pacific, the Atlantic, the Indian Ocean, the Arctic and Antarctica. It will be partially visible at moonrise in Pakistan.
The penumbral eclipse will begin at 1:44pm, the partial eclipse will begin at 2:50pm, the total eclipse will begin at 4:05pm, the maximum eclipse will occur at 4:34pm, the total eclipse will end at 5:03pm, the partial eclipse will end at 6:17pm, and the penumbral eclipse will end at 7:23pm.
