Rawalpindi : District Health Authority Rawalpindi is taking all possible measures to put into practice the health sector reforms announced by Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif on Friday to strengthen governance and accountability in the health sector and to improve service delivery to patients at the public sector healthcare facilities across the province.
The DHA has already started taking steps to improve the quality of services at the healthcare facilities operating under its control, said Chief Executive Officer DHA Rawalpindi Dr Ehsan Ghani while talking to ‘The News’ on Saturday.
It is important that the DHA Rawalpindi has not issued any fresh directives to the medical superintendents of seven tehsil headquarters hospitals operating under its control including two THQ hospitals in District Murree.
