ISLAMABAD: District Court Islamabad has ordered to arrest and present the former Prime Minister Azad Kashmir Sardar Tanvir Ilyas.
The case related to misuse of diplomatic passport by the former PM AJK, came up for hearing in district court Islamabad led by judicial magistrate Murid Abbas, here on Friday. The case was registered by FIA.
The court issued non bailable arrest warrants of Tanvir Ilyas and issued orders for arresting him as he did not appear in the court despite being summoned several times. Hearing of the case was adjourned till February 23.
