KARACHI: The spokesman of K-Electric said that the information about the resignation of CEO Monis Abdullah Alvi has been formally communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
Monis Alavi said that institutions are always above individuals and the betterment of the institution has always been a top priority.
At this stage, K-Electric needs a new vision and thinking so that the company keeps moving forward. He said the decision on the appointment of the new CEO will be taken by the company’s board of directors. This phase will be completed as soon as possible.
He said that he will say goodbye to K-Electric after the on-boarding of the CEO and the smooth transfer of power. The true spirit of K-Electric is its employees and K-Electric’s foundation is very strong and they will continue to take it further.
