Ali Madad sworn in as Balochistan’s home minister

QUETTA: Balochistan Governor Jaffar Khan Mandokhail on Monday administered the oath of office to MPA Haji Ali Madad Jattak as a provincial minister at a simple yet dignified ceremony held at the Governor House, Quetta.

Ali Madad Jattak took oath as Provincial Minister for the Home Department. The oath was administered by Governor Mandokhail in the presence of Chief Minister Balochistan Mir Sarfraz Bugti, Speaker of the Balochistan Assembly Captain (Retd) Abdul Khaliq Achakzai, provincial ministers, members of the provincial assembly, Chief Secretary Balochistan Shakeel Qadir Khan, provincial secretaries, and political leaders.

Meanwhile, Deputy Speaker of the Balochistan Assembly Ghazala Gola extended heartfelt congratulations to Ali Madad Jattak on assuming charge as Provincial Minister for Home Affairs. She described him as a dynamic and serious leader with a strong understanding of public issues, expressing confidence that he would effectively fulfil his responsibilities.

The deputy speaker said she was hopeful that Ali Madad Jattak would play a constructive role in ensuring peace and order in the province, strengthening the rule of law, and safeguarding the lives and property of the people. She also conveyed her best wishes, praying for his success in the new role and hoping that his services would prove beneficial for the people of Balochistan.
