LAHORE: The Punjab Bodybuilding Association successfully organized the latest edition of the Mr. Punjab state-level bodybuilding competition, which brought together more than 90 athletes from across the province.
The event, held in Lahore, showcased the strength, discipline, and physical excellence of bodybuilders representing various cities, with the highlight being the crowning of Mubashir Mustafa as Mr. Punjab and Muzammil Malik as Junior Mr. Punjab.
Mubashir Mustafa, representing Lahore, clinched the prestigious Mr. Punjab title, demonstrating superior muscle symmetry, definition, and stage presence. In the junior category, Muzammil Malik from Gujranwala impressed the judges with his physique and determination, earning the Junior Mr. Punjab crown. The competition also saw Bilal Amjad from Rawalpindi secure the Men’s Physique Punjab title, while Khurram Butt from Lahore was named Master Punjab, further highlighting the depth of talent across the province. The championship featured four main categories, each designed to test different aspects of bodybuilding, including symmetry, muscle definition, and overall physique. Contestants were judged on their ability to combine aesthetics with strength, reflecting the rigorous training and discipline required to excel in the sport.
