Rawalpindi: All Pakistan Private Schools Management Association (APPSMA) Central Senior Vice President Muhammad Furqan Chaudhry has announced the immediate dissolution of the existing APPSMA, Rawalpindi Division body. He stated that the Election Commission will be constituted and the election schedule will be announced within the next two days through mutual consultation, says a press release.
He explained that the current APPSMA Rawalpindi Division body has completed its constitutional three-year term; therefore, in accordance with the organisation’s constitution, the body has been dissolved with immediate effect. He further reiterated that the formation of the Election Commission and the announcement of the election schedule for new elections will take place within the next two days after consultations.
He clarified that the electoral process in all districts of the Rawalpindi Division must be completed by January 15, 2026, under all circumstances. According to him, after the completion of elections, the list of elected office-bearers along with the complete election report will be immediately submitted to the central body. The central leadership has directed all concerned members of the Rawalpindi Division to extend full cooperation to ensure organizational improvement and a transparent electoral process.
