LAHORE: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) President Nawaz Sharif and Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz on Tuesday visited the residences of the late MPA Irfan Shafi Khokhar and Mian Marghoob Ahmad to offer their condolences.
They expressed sympathy with the bereaved family of Irfan Shafi Khokhar and with Marghoob on the passing of his wife. They offered Fateha for the departed souls, prayed for the elevation of their ranks, and expressed solidarity with the grieving families, praying for patience and strength for them at this difficult time.
Speaking on the occasion, Nawaz said Irfan was a valuable asset of the party whose services would be remembered. Maryam paid tribute to the late leader’s political and social contributions, saying his role and services would be remembered for years to come.
