KARACHI: The “Gala Round” of Pakistan Idol is currently under way, and the judges have shortlisted 16 contestants from across the country for the nation’s biggest music show. Among these rising stars is Zain Baloch from Multan, who has earned a prominent place in Pakistan Idol through his powerful stage presence and soul-touching voice. Zain Baloch secured his position in the Top 16 with consistent hard work and the prayers of his mother. Speaking to Geo News, he said, “I have made music my life. When I attended a concert for the first time at the age of 29, I stood in front of the stage and began to cry, telling myself that one day I would perform here too.”
It may be recalled that auditions for Pakistan Idol were held in Multan, Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, and various other cities, where young singers showcased their vocal talent. Among them, Zain Baloch received special appreciation. His mother and brother have offered heartfelt prayers for his success. Zain’s next goal is to reach the final round and ultimately win the Pakistan Idol title.
