ISLAMABAD: Justice Inaam Ameen Minhas of the Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Monday adjourned the hearing on Aleema Khanum’s petition against a Federal Investigative Agency call-up notice due to the unavailability of a lawyer. No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner, upon which the court adjourned the hearing without taking any action.
