ISLAMABAD: Ahsan Ali Mangi, Director General of the National Institute of Public Administration, Islamabad, and a BS-21 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service, has been transferred and posted as Special Secretary in the Industries and Production Division.
Mushtaq Ahmed, a BS-20 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service serving in the Gilgit-Baltistan government, has been transferred, and his services have been placed at the disposal of the Law and Justice Commission of Pakistan for a period of one year.Meanwhile, Abdul Jabbar, an Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in BS-20 from the Secretariat Group, has been appointed as Joint Secretary in the Law and Justice Division.
