ISLAMABAD: Orders regarding appointments, transfers and promotions in the federal bureaucracy have been issued. Zakaullah Khattak, a Grade-21 officer of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government who was awaiting posting, has been appointed as Senior Joint Secretary in Inter-Provincial Coordination Division.
Amjad Ali Gul, a Grade-20 officer of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service and serving as Joint Secretary in the Inter-Provincial Coordination Division, has been transferred to his parent department and directed to report to the Office of Auditor General of Pakistan. Meanwhile, five Grade-18 officers of Pakistan Administrative Service have been promoted to Grade-19 on an acting charge basis. Mudassar Ahmed Shah, Azooba Azeem, Abdul Rauf Mehr, Muhammad Musa Ali Bukhari and Umar Liaquat Randhawa are currently serving the Punjab government and will continue their services there.
