LAHORE:Provincial Minister for Health Khawaja Salman Rafique reached the under-construction Jinnah Institute of Cardiology Lahore to review the ongoing progress. Punjab Chief Minister Advisory Committee Chairman on Cardiology Dr Farqad Alamgir, Allama Iqbal Medical College Principal Prof Tayyaba Waseem and Punjab Institute of Cardiology MS Dr Aamir Rafique Butt were also present.
The minister took a detailed review of the ongoing progress at the Jinnah Institute of Cardiology Lahore. The executing agency IDAP Maira Ali and contractors briefed on the ongoing progress.
The minister said that Jinnah Institute of Cardiology’s emergency and OPD will be opened for the public very soon. The Punjab government is building a state-of-the-art Jinnah Institute of Cardiology with a huge amount of more than Rs15 billion. International level cardiac facilities will be provided to patients in this institution.
