LAHORE : Former provincial minister and Chairman of the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Ibrahim Hasan Murad, on the occasion of Pakistan Day, emphasised that 23 March serves as a reminder to uphold the golden principles of unity, faith and discipline, which form the foundation of a strong, progressive and peaceful Pakistan.
Murad highlighted the critical role of youth in Pakistan’s sustainable development, stating that young people must actively contribute to nation-building through education, research, innovation, and positive thinking. He described the younger generation as our most valuable asset and the true hope for Pakistan’s bright future.
Ibrahim Hasan Murad stated that the Lahore Resolution was a historic milestone in the struggle of Muslims of the subcontinent for independence and paved the way for the creation of a free homeland.
He added that Pakistan is the result of unparalleled sacrifices, determination and struggles of our forefathers and protecting, strengthening and developing this precious nation is the collective responsibility of all citizens.
