ISLAMABAD: Abdullah Fazal (88) spearheaded Karachi Whites’ batting charge taking them to the final of the National Regional T20 cricket, with a five-wicket win against Sialkot at the Imran Khan Stadium on Tuesday.
Set to chase 166 runs for victory, Karachi raced home in 15.1 overs with Abdullah smashing seven sixes and six boundaries during his exciting 41-ball knock. He put on 92 for the opening wicket with Saud Shakil (45) to set a solid platform. Saud also struck three sixes and five fours during his 21-ball exciting knock. Usama Mir (3-43) was again the pick of Sialkot bowlers, further strengthening his position as the Tournament leading wicket-taker.
