According to the newspaper, the programme’s waste-to-value initiatives have attracted global attention, with Chinese investors and technology partners showing interest. The report noted that the initiative not only reflects Pakistan’s focus on sustainable urban uplift but also aligns closely with climate-smart urban governance models.
