ISLAMABAD: The federal government has issued orders for the posting, transfer and extension of deputation of civil and police officers. Zain Asim, a Police Service grade 18 officer posted in the Punjab government, has been transferred and his services have been handed over to the FIA. Muhammad Saif, a grade 18 officer of the Pakistan Administrative Service posted in the Punjab government, has been transferred and his services have been handed over to the Sindh government.
The deputation period of Section Officer Zain Munir Kayani, posted in the Finance Division, has been extended for another two years, which will be counted from May 24, 2026. The deputation period of Abeera Dilawar, a grade 18 officer of the Office Management Group posted at the CDA, has been extended by two years, which will be effective from February 13, 2026 to February 12, 2028.
In addition, the services of Mutasim Billah, posted on deputation as a Section Officer in the Defence Production Division, have been returned to the Ministry of Housing and Works. The Establishment Division has issued notifications.
