LAHORE:Punjab Minister for Information and Culture Azma Bokhari has said that the Punjab government is introducing modern, digital and technology-driven reforms across all provincial departments to ensure fast, transparent and effective public service delivery.
She stated that keeping in view the demands of modern era, the governance system in Punjab is being restructured along contemporary lines. Revolutionary measures are being implemented in the sectors of education, health, agriculture and infrastructure through the use of advanced technology, digital systems and smart solutions, she added.
Azma said that agriculture has always been regarded as the backbone of the national economy; however, for the first time, CM Punjab has introduced real innovation in the agricultural sector through modern machinery, digital data integration and farmer-friendly reforms. These initiatives are delivering tangible benefits directly to farmers.
She stated that Punjab is ahead of other provinces in the fields of education, health and transport, which reflects CM’s effective governance and strong administrative capabilities.She added that good governance, merit, transparency and digitalisation in Punjab have become a role model, which is why other provinces are keen to learn from Punjab’s development model.
Advising political opponents, Azma said they should compete with Punjab in terms of development and prosperity rather than engaging in political gimmicks and negative politics, as chaos and negativity have no connection with public welfare and progress.
