Overpopulation is a serious problem for countries around the world. Already the fifth most populous country on the planet, Pakistan’s population is growing at an unsustainable rate. The country urgently needs to invest in education, family planning and gender equality in order to reverse this trend, which is putting our resources under increasing strain.
