When fuel spikes

Inflation is increasing day-by-day and low-income households suffer the most because a larger share of income goes towards food and energy. A sharp increase in petroleum prices appears to have nearly doubled transportation costs from wholesale markets, leading to a spike in food prices.

Even the official price lists set by local authorities are often ignored by private retailers, leaving consumers vulnerable to overcharging. I request the government to take immediate action to control inflation and ensure strict monitoring of prices so that people can get relief.
