PESHAWAR: The Peshawar High Court Bar Association (PHCBA) has caught a man allegedly posing as a lawyer and charging hefty fees from litigants and handed him over to the police.
The PHCBA executive council summoned a suspicious man who was appearing as a lawyer. The man identified himself as Ayaz Ali. However, verification revealed that he neither possessed a law degree nor held a licence from the bar council.
