KARACHI: Faysal Bank Limited has received the Employer of Choice Gender Diversity Award 2026 in the Family-Friendly Workplace category.
The award was organised by the International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Pakistan Business Council (PBC) and presented by Senator Sherry Rehman.The awards recognise organisations for workplace policies and practices aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion.
Faysal Bank President and Chief Executive Officer Yousaf Hussain said the recognition reflects the bank’s efforts to provide a workplace where employees can develop professionally while maintaining a work-life balance.
“With CARE being one of our core Islamic values, we at Faysal Bank strongly believe that a thriving organisation begins with a workplace where people feel valued, supported and empowered,” Hussain said.
He said the bank remains focused on strengthening its workplace practices and supporting an inclusive environment, including for women and persons with disabilities.The Family-Friendly Workplace category focuses on policies and practices that support employees in managing their professional and personal responsibilities across different stages of their lives.
Faysal Bank said it will continue to focus on employee wellbeing and development as part of its workplace policies.
