KARACHI: Gold prices fell by Rs600 per tola in the local market on Thursday, following a decline in the international market. The All Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association said that 24-karat gold rates reached Rs462,336 per tola.
Similarly, the price of 10-gram gold dropped by Rs515 to Rs396,378.Gold rates fell by $6 to $4,398 per ounce in the international market. Prices in the local market are adjusted with a premium of $20 against international rates.Silver rates decreased by 17 to Rs7,124 per tola. Similarly, 10-gram silver rates also dropped by Rs15 to Rs6,107.
