KARACHI: JazzWorld has inducted 100 young professionals into its AI Associate Program 2026, building a new generation of AI leaders as the company accelerates its transformation into an AI-native organisation, said a statement on Wednesday.
Selected through a nationwide recruitment process, the associates will work across functions including fintech, cybersecurity, data science, software development and digital platforms during the year-long programme, identifying AI use cases and solving business challenges through hands-on experience and mentorship.
Group CEO of VEON Kaan Terzioglu said Pakistan’s young population represents an extraordinary opportunity, adding that the associates are being developed to apply AI and build digital solutions.
CEO of JazzWorld Aamir Ibrahim said the company’s ambition is to move from AI-enabled to AI-native, a transformation he described as being as much about people as technology.
